Refund Policy

In short: try Vera free for 7 days. If you're charged and aren't happy, ask within 14 days and you get a full refund — no questions asked.

Free trial

Every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Cancel before it ends and you are never charged.

14-day full refund

If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of a payment — the first payment after your trial, or a yearly renewal. You don't need to give a reason.

How to ask

Email hello@veracalling.com with the email address you subscribed with, or contact Paddle directly through the link in your receipt. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders; Paddle handles refunds and returns the money to the payment method you used, usually within 5–10 business days.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time from the Billing page in the app. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and it won't renew.
